This book was able to quickly and clearly hit the points that help you to be a successful individual. I am a 24 year old, recent college graduate. As I was reading this, I wish I would of read it earlier in my life. It touches on points from time management to spiritual wellness; and it does so directly and to the point. I also feel as though this book can help any person in any stage of life.

The section about time management had particular poignance for me. I have found myself often saying that I "don't have time" for an activity. The author says that rather than state, "I don't have time" say, "It isn't a priority". When you change it to this phrasing, it can be hurtful and even cutting to other individuals.

This book, when applied in your life, can help you in your academic life, professional life, and in relationships. I highly recommend this book to anyone who is looking for a quick read that will help them manage their entire life.
