I really loved this story and am looking forward to the other books in the Jewell Cove series. Abby Foster inherits an old house--and a boatload of money--from a great-aunt she never knew existed. This was a book that had love, ghosts, and mystery. I really enjoyed this book. Easy read for a holiday, or just for fun.
Could not put this fabulous book down!, wonderful details and fast moving. The author brings you right into the story!
Really enjoyed this book, enjoyed the complexity of the characters in the book. The detail in describing the scenery made the reader feel actually there. Looking forward to Jewell Cove #2.
I am going to read the next book in the series. This book gave me the curiosity to get to know the rest of the characters in this great sea town. Jewell Cove is worthy of another book. Would have liked a little more romance.
I thoroughly enjoyed this story and can't wait for the next book about the lives and adventures of characters in Jewell Cove. The author's writing is so descriptive, bringing the town and people alive. I also enjoyed learning Maine and some history of the area.
My daughter and I share an account for our 's. She ordered the Christmas book, Christmas at Seashell Cottage, and I fell in love with this author and wanted to go back to the beginning, so I ordered this book. It was well worth it and I am about to continue on with Treasure on Lilac Lane.
This is my first book by Donna Alward and I seriously doubt that it will my last. I have my life residing on the west coast but love to travel to other parts of this beautiful country. Abigail and Tom have many similarities and is a joy to see how the story unfolds. I have the first three books and waiting for another will give me grief...but then I will just need to read them again when the next book comes out.
