A positively delicious and romantic time travel novel! I adored Cam with his constant scrapes he kept falling into! What surprised me that even though they knew he had no concept of the time they only gave him counsel after a disaster! I was in stitches most of the time! I recommend this book😊😊😊😊😊

Four stars. The story lines and the events and the characters were strong and selfless. Loved them both and the happy ending
I'm a Sandy Blair fan, but this is not her best. The premise is good, but some of the angst takes too long. It's not bad - character development is good. Characters stay true to form, and if you accept the premise (time traveling hotty from the Highlands), than most of it is "believable," but it's not that much fun. Not nearly as fun as her other books. Read the others first.
I gave it three stars because I know this author writes well, and there is nothing wrong with her writing in this book. However, I still haven't finished reading it because it is not holding my interest as well as some of her other books. I haven't identified why, and I'm not sure if I will finish reading it. I keep thinking something is around the corner and that is why I haven't stopped completely?
DrY liked the ancient _yet vibrant Scot _ Cam McLeod. What a hunk. I feel Claire was amazed she got this great 6ft three hunt out off a box. DR H really enjoyed the sex scenes through out the exciting short novel.The novel made reading while watching Netflixfirst of the year.
At first, I was not into the book. However, I had read four of Sandy Blair's books, which I loved. My background, on my Mother's side is Scotch, belonging to the Gordon Clan. I loved " The Laird", and I was hoping for a continuation of that story. I must say, this book was really worth reading, I loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who loves reading about romance out of the ordinary. I hope to read more of her books in the future.
I don't normally read contemporary romances and when I got the book I thought it would be the typical kind of time travel romance where the main hero and/or heroin go back in time. I did enjoy the story very much and I liked the twist on the time travel. I also enjoyed the fact that the heroin was thirty-three not a little eighteen or twenty year old. I do think you
will like this book especially for the holidays.
I so enjoyed this book. Sure there are mistakes. With that said I loved it was not prefect. It sorta went with the story and if you read the story you will know what I mean. He was out of his element.
I just finished it and I feel so sad to say goodbye. I would love to have a second story a few years later. Maybe a young women from his clan was sent to that same time??
Anyways... I loved the story, the antics and found myself not only laughing but having to run to my hubby (much to his delight not lol) and read some of the funnier moments.
Relax, enjoy and just go for ride.... It's worth the trip!
